sickness and competition
whats up guys?
heres the problem i've been sick for the last week, and lost like 5 pounds i'm recovering now but my meet is in 10 dayz, what should i do to prepare the week before? low or higher reps and fewer sets? do you think the sickness will affect me very much? i maxed out on all my lifts right before i was sick they went down a lil now but still.
this is my first competitive meet, basically area lifters in the lower part of the state, i'll keep you guyz posted on my results i wanta hit over 1000!!!
