Thoughts about this training split
Just something I was kicking around and wanted your thoughts.
Does anyone perform Squats, Deads, and Bench all in the same day? Then use other training days during the week for assistance work?
Keep in mind this is not during a meet prep.

I've never heard of it the only thing i've heard of similiar to that is SQ,BP,DL 3 days/week with no accessory work. Other than that I don't think it'd be all that good for your body.
