    bench 315 for 4 reps raw at 17 teen

    today i bench 315 for 4 reps raw what do u think my raw max is .i aslo try 385 in my shirt but could not touch and 405 but could not touch
    im 17 and weight 193

    DUDE that's awesome weight at 17 I remember I used to get 315 for a triple in the days and I was at a 335 raw max. So i'm estimating about 340-345

    I used to have a max calc. but i lost the link.

    It also depends on your muscle fibers fast/slow.

    thanks where in florida do u live i live in st.pete..aslo when i do speed with chains every one says i have fast muscle fibers

    I live in PALM SHITTY. it's like about 3-4 hours away from you. It's about 2 hours south of ORLANDO.

    that is a HARDCORE GHETTO ASS place last year when they had the sign ups there DUDE I SWEAR I was thinkin to myself if they ever get ALOT of 250+lb people in hear with all this weight i wonder if it'll collapse.

    I benched 300 for 11 reps and maxed out at 380. My guess is you can probabaly bench 350 on a good day.

    raw, thats funny, I just did 315 for 4 (my 5th set to failure) on flat bench yesterday, but I am 32. Goal is 350 by the end of the year!

    damn guy... not bad. when i was 17 - i was pressing about 280lbs and i was about 225lbs. now i'm 234lbs and i max out 375lbs at 18 years old. one of my goals is to press 425lbs by the time i turn 19 in October.

    425 bench at 19 not bad.my goal is to bench 450 before im 20

    thats really good...from what i can remember i was 6'1 in highschool at 16 and pushed 250 max and weighed 160..i was skinny but cut

    Something I should have added in my last post,Steroids are in the mind I believe, I have never taken them.Yet, Ive worked out with many Young and older men on them, and still they are nothing,Not to criticize, but they need to use their God given ability of wisdom first.It is all up to what you make of yourself ,not lying down and giving up .Ive learned from intense training sessions it is mind over body, not what you think you can do, but what youve already done, and you will now perform in reality.Especially for teens taking steroids, its pathetic ya'll, at 21 maybe, but still even there,Its no good.
