I remember reading where you used Crystal light powder in your protein shakes. Well i got some vanilla MRPs that taste so-so. I was hoping to make them more palitable. Could you add the crystal light to these or is just straight protein powder you use? If so, how much crytal light would use? They come in these little tubs that make like 2 quarts of drink. The shake is like a 160z one. Thanks man.
Man cystal light is the only way to go! What i do is i make the 2 quarts. Actually i do 4. I pour 8 oz in blender and if i use more then 2 scoops (45g prot) i use 12oz crystal light. But you see, i make the drink. I dont pour in the powder. That would be too expensive. And as long as you have Vanilla you can have tons of flavors cause crystal light makes a few. No carbs or sugar either.
