I am not a genius on the subject but I will type up what I did this week to drop 10+lbs.

Typically I eat around 700gr of Carbs a day. I weighed in Saturday at 198.25lbs at 10am. The Monday before I was 214lbs.

I did not alter my foods until Thursday evening.

Water loading and sodium control are my main devices. I loaded 3 gallons of water Monday.
    2 gallons tues and Wednesday.
Thursday I cut water to 1/2 gallon and after 5pm I only ate protein.
Friday I limited myself to 32oz of water, however I only drank about 28oz and I think that was too much. Next time will be 20oz.

I completely dropped sodium Thursday and friday.

Friday I had 5 meals. All the same and boring. 8oz ground beef and 1/2 cup of rice (measurement before cooking).

Friday I spent (3) thirty min sessions in a sweat suit outside ( 90 degree weather). If you have access to a sauna, use it. I also spent (2) 10 minute sessions on a bike stairmaster machine in full sweatpants and Hoodie.

I dropped to 201.6 on Friday. Unfortunately no drop in weight over night. So I spent 2hrs in my car with heat on full blast wearing sweatpants and 2 Hoodies Saturday morning before weigh ins.

This did the trick and I made weight bare ass naked on the scale at the exact maximum.

For me, it was important not to drop Carbs completely in fear of losing strength. Rice and ground beef is easy to eat without liquid, that's why I chose it over chicken or fish (I hate fish).

Youre a warrior. There's no way in hell (or a hot car w/heater running!) I could do what you did.

It was grueling. I was fine friday. I mean I felt cruddy and was thirsty but it was bearable. Saturday morning was ROUGH. I almost gave up a couple times. I had two 32oz gatorade just tempting me. Im 215lbs as I go to sleep right now.

Its tomorrow. Would not have done that without a 24hr weigh in to rehydrate and fuel up

All for nothing! Popped something in my hip during warmups for deadlifts and had to quit.

Mark Bell has a really informative video on cutting weight on youTube. Pretty insane stuff some people will do.
