Anibolism 2 things bro one did you talk to him in person at the gym if you did I might know you if you lift at the same time as him b/c I was the kid that went to lift with jay and try out my shirts(which didn't work for me). and 2 Jane and wolv wouldn't that be tha day!?!

Actually I spoke to him at his house. And I do train every once in awhile when Jay does but I usually train alone.

I talked with him on Tuesday of this week . He is two weeks out this weekend. The comp is on June7th at USF in Tampa he said. He looks pretty freakin' shredded. I think he will place well.
