Yes, he is a freak! We both use metal militia training methods, although I am fairly new to this method of training. I did manage to get up to Nazareth barbell and train with Bill Crawford, Mike Miller and the rest of the crew, they taught me alot in a short time, I would be more than happy to pass on the info.

I need to know a basis b/c if I don't know anything about their routine mike is going to have to charge me for the session, but if I just want help fixing it he doesn't mind along with shirt help.
They really are out to help everyone and I feel that's awesome. I'll soon to be training MM for bench starting next week. I'm taking an unload week now so when I get back it'll shock my body more. Plus I have to see how many days to take in b/w with rest. How are you finding your leg strength going up with MM and are you stil using WS for legs?
I never used ws for any of my training, it's always been pretty much by instinct. I can't go into too much detail right now, I'm trying to focus on my meet on sunday, I'll try and be more helpful when I get back. So if ya don't hear from me for a week or so thats why. Just trying to lay low.
