    Good question... read up on elitefitness, and those books by Hatfield are great, the guy really knows his stuff.

    If you want good info and humor go for articles by Dave Tait @ elitefits... he is fucking hilarious!

    You bet your ass he knows his stuff. I bought "MASS" upteen years ago and I still have it (boxed up somewhere...LOL). The covers tore off but I didn't want to lose it.
