    wrist wraps, what size???

I'm buying some wrist wraps; my wrists hurt like hell when I do straight bar curls. Anyway, not sure what size to get... Inzer offers 12", 20", and 32" I think..... Is bigger for heavier lifting, bigger frame, or just preference??? I'm 6'2", 225.

Any info about the different sizes would be helpful. thanks

    JP,
Well bottom line is the longer the wrap the greater the support.
I think the 20" should be fine. BTW if you never used them before you're really gonna like them.

I just use 20" for my bench, and 12" for my squat, overheat presses, etc. I'm about your size but shorter (5'11" 230). If you're just using them for beach curls, then I'd say the 12" inzer wraps are plenty big enough! -BB

32 takes TOO long to wrap. Go with the 20 and get the velcro strap ones they're nice.
