I really used to get into those strong man competitions where the old Steeler and Raider linemen would compete. Joe Klecko was one strong pollack. My favorite readings on Arnold are his pre bodybuilding days. He was a strong man competing in highland games in Scottland...and won many events. One he won was a 450 lb stone toss.....he was strong before he was ripped.
