6/23 ME Bench
Well today was kinda crazy thought I would go raw on a bench max then bang out some boards .I was reading up on Metal Militia and I'll tell ya I dont know how they can do some much work every time they hit the gym.I was going to try the sample workout they post but could not even come close to doing it .I love westside because I can lift heavy and then get in a revoery or speed day a few days later. Iam tottaly going to stick with westside .And to all you Metal Militia guys I give you mad props......
BB Bench barx10,135x3,155x3,185x3,205x1.225x1,255x1,275x1,3 00x miss was so close rested 300xmiss again just could not lock it out 290x1 .
Brd press 6brds, 225x3,245x3,275x3,295x3,
rope pull downs 130x5,140x5x3
DB rows 85x5,95x5,100x5x2
Side lat raises 25x8,30x6,25x8,
Well things went good on bench 4 weeks ago when I started westside my raw max was 270 and now Iam up by 30Ibs in 4 weeks .I think it because Iam geting used to lifting heaver weights than I did before Iwas doing brd press and floor press ect,ect...............Peace C DOG

No bro metal militia has way to much volume for me .I dont know how those guys can do so much plus I like training all three lifts ................C DOG

Kepp us updated on bodyweight and strength gains in specific exercises.
