6/26 ME Squat
Whats up my brothers today was a good day .Today I hit 360 on my box squats and just 4 short weeks ago it was 315.I dont no why its going up so much so fast but I like it .It must be the GM's and stuff and me going wider on my stance.I must say westside is simply awsome .Anyways I know it's about time I change my ME box squats to something differant but I like seeing these results and I was hopeing to change up as soon as I hit a wall on the box squats (any comments)or should I go ahead and change up now ?.......................C DOG

Cdog if it's part of the program I'd say change like you should. You been doing westside, something you haven't before, and look at that improvement so far. You're using a program many brothers have used before, stick with the plan. Besides when you feel like a bull you can sneak in a set now and again for fun.
Damn good gains bro. Keep it going.

Thanks guys .HP my weight is at 228 and Iam 5'11 when I started westside 4 weeks ago I was at 216 .Im eating likre a horse and trying to rest as much as I can .Its hard for me to take it easy out side of the gym as I own a roofing co and Iam still on the roof alot .Anyways thanks again brothers and Ill make sure to change things up this week ............CDOG
