6/30 ME Bench
Good day today
300xmiss (rested and got angry)
300x miss however my partner said he helped with may 2 Ibs.Last week I maxed out at 290
315xmiss (rested and got angry)
315x1 got it!
325x no no
300xmiss (rested got angry)
had nothing left and this point Iwas spent
Front raises 25x6,30x6,25x6x2
Side raises 25x6x2
Good workout now time to eat and get to work hope all had a good weekend C DOG

I dont own a shirt I just lift raw as of now .Should I
get one and will it help?C DOG

if you can work it right, YES it'll help. And with MM i'm not sure many raw benchers use it. That's why they have shirt work inthe workout to use it on the boards to not strain they're body soo much

Before I started this I was going trough the post about raw benchers on the MM site and they say you can lift this routine raw however you need to take one full week off out of 4 .So lift for 4 weeks take 1 week off from benching totally .Also sebastian said to just change the work outs like due saterdays work on tuesday and tuesdays on saterdays .Im not sure as of how this would make any differance but I just do as Iam told LOL......C

yea buddy i get that much but as for taking the week off it's lift 3 weeks take one week off not lift 4 and take one off.
I don't know why you would switch the days but do what he says he benches 750+ LISTEN TO THE MAN.
good luck on it then and let me know how it all works out later i want NUMBERS
