HELLO THERE PEEPS I AM IN NEED OF SOME ADVICE..I USED TO DO ALOT OF TRAINING JUST TO KEEP FIT BUT NOW HAVE GOT MORE INTO THE LIFTING AFTER NOTHING FOR 2YRS.. IAM LOOKING TO PUT ON AS MUCH MASS AS I CAN AS I LOST A GOOD BIT OF IT AFTER DOING NOTHING AS I SAID I AM CURRENTLY 5.11 AT 11 STONE AND LEAN BUT GOT MUSCLE NOT A RIGHT ECTO IAM DOING A 3 DAY WK FULL BODY WORK OUT CONSISTING OF BENCH -SQUAT -ROWS -DEAD LIFTS -BI CURLS -TRI CURLS -STANDING CALF RASIES- HANGING LEG RASIES AND CRUNCHES AND WRIST CURLS TOO STRENTHEN WRISTS ,SET ARE 6OF 5 EXCEPT CALFS CRUNCHES LEG RASIES &WRIST CURLS ARE 3 OF 10 DO YOU THING THIS IS OK OR SHOULD I CHANGE IT AND SPLIT IT UP COULD SOMEONE HELP ME OUT IS THERE A BETER AND FASTER WAY OF GAINING SIZE ,OOOO, I AM EATING EVERY THING I SEE WELL TRYING TO AND 97%IS ALL CLEAN FOOD PLUS WHAT % OF PROTIEN AND CARBES SHOULD I BE LOOKING AT FOR MASS IE, MORE PROTIEN THAN CARBES OR OTHE WAY ABOUT, CAN YOU HELP I READ A LOT BUT ALOT OF IT CONFLICTS ONE SAY ONE THING OTHER SAYES SOMETHING ELSE CAN BE CONFUSING AT TIMES NEED HELP FROM REAL PEOPLE

Damn, you need to start putting periods in between your sentences. I don't know what the hell you just said!
As for your workout it looks solid. I say you edit this post for punctuation and move it to the "workouts forum". Good luck.
