    Hey This Powerlifting Seems Pretty Good Ive Been Checking Out A Lot Of These Forums But If Someone Could Help Out On The Abbreviations Like "me", "de" And Such It Would Be Helpful. Im Considering This Type Of Lifting To Get My Body Denser And Build Up Strength.. Any Advice Would Be Great

    ME = Maximum effort
    De - Dynamic Effort

    I'm actually thinking about switching to powerlifting for a bit and hittin' up a few meets... We'll see how it goes.
