I Actually Started To Include Deadlifts In My Back Routine About 1 Month Ago, Yesterday I Maxed Out At 315.. Ya Ya Babyweight, Just Thought Id Let You Powerlifters Know, Any Comments Or Suggestion On How I Could Lift Heavier Weight Would Be Appreciated.

This is actually an article I haven't read in a while, but i was reading it earlier today and i'm glad i did. It reinforces the fundamentals that are so important.
