Mid way sticking point
I'm having trouble on my bench at about half way up with the weight just sticking there.I've worked with bands and they have helped me with my busting out at the beginning but then I stick.Any suggestions on an exercise I can do to help me with this? I have this problem mainly while using my 2 ply denim shirt.

Try board presses and alot of tri work in general.

Bro you need to hit alot of 4,5,and 6 brds also work the lock out when you bench .Between heavy brds and lockouts youll blast through that mid point and lockout for a good bench ........CDOG

Thanks bros.I done some research on boards after your replys and made me some instead of buying them.I'm goin to continue working with them until I overcome my sticking point.Preciate the help...
