I am trying to go up in bench as far and fast as possible. I currently do a high weight, low rep workout and end with a max. I do it approximatly every other day. I go up about 5lbs per workout on max. Is there a better way???

Buy a triple ply canvas and train your tri's like crazy, LOL! Oh, and stop max'ing EOD...that's just nuts!
