Introduce myself...
I started lifting in July and have worked hard at powerlifting since then. I hope to one day compete if I ever move somewhere that has competitions within a 4 hour drive. My best lifts so far are:
Bench: 295
Dead: 405
Squat: 390
Currently I weight 240@5'9" but the weight is going down. When I started in July it was almost at 270.

Bro one other thing - concentrate on your squats and all your lifts will go up and has the added side effect of making you thick as all get out
