    Dissapointing heavy bench day

    Well I thought I would move up today, but no such luck. Tried to bench 485---felt good on the way down, and about 3/4 of the way up---then it went no further. At least it felt lighter than last week.

    still almost getting 485 is **** good bro. I would be glad if I could bench 300

    You will get it soon just keep on pumping
