    Good ME squat day

Well the rack had arrived allright but not the pins to the rack.

so I did partial dl's instead(I took 2 of those yellow 15kg bumper plates and used that to pull from).
    Worked upp to a 1rm on 190kg

then I tried out the new hack squat the gym got. It was wierd, I loaded 210kg on it and still did 15 easy reps for 4 sets.

Then hyperexstensions 4 sets used a 30kg barbel behind the neck and did 10,8,7,6 reps.

    Then leg raises 20, 18, 17, 15

    then shrughs 41kg db's 4 sets 10 reps

then stairmaster for 21 minutes and exercise bike for 12

A kinda odd ME day but Im pleased with the deadlift considering I havent pulled heavy deadlifts since before my back injury Should have done a ham exercise instead of hack's but I need to bring out my quads to the summer(there is still a little bodybuilder inside me that lives )
