Known Tito and his brother Jose for a while now, met them in Mass. , Jose & I started in the same Circuit there, the NABBA. Both really cool guys .

Could you get them to come on AR and post some tips and workout routines ?
I was just wondering since Tito Raymond does so much modeling is he ever very far off from contest conditioon. Last night I saw all the pics of the pros under the off season post. Some of those guys (coleman,Sean Ray,Priest) really blow up in the off season. I mean I know he doesn't compete at their level but still. Some of my friends who compete look pretty fat in off season and he always looks shredded.
