    Guys this is a person who has some major Psychological problems possiblly steming from some insecurity and self-esteam issues....
    The guy feeds off attention...Even if its the bad kind... The more people give him attention (cause the guy looks like he a circus freek) the more this encourages him to keep doing what he's doing.
