    What issue? page?

    In which issue is the pictures? In the one wit HHH? And on what page? Cant seem to find it.

    the thing i noticed most about the pictures in flex was that no-one had bothered to place the safety pins on the rack. if fux had done that none of this would have happened. i'm sometimes lazy about setting the pins on the rack, but not anymore!

    the first picture of Fux in the Flex series- where he is just hitting the floor with the bar still on his back and his knees twisted at a completely distorted angle- almost made me puke. That is NOT a look of pleasure on the big guy's face, that's for sure.

    It's true that safety pins could have prevented the entire thing- it's amazing to me that an experienced pro could be so careless. By the same token, I see people at my gym doing the same thing all the time, so maybe the photos will do some good and make people smarten up.
