    Video of Ronnie Coleman leg pressing 2300 lbs

    I had a smaller accident some time ago with a leg press machine like that but only with about 650 lbs on it. Got of pretty easy. Hate to think what would had happened with 2300 lbs on it!! Problably wouldn't have my legs today.

    No problemo, and when I'm done saying it to his face I'll leg press 2300 lbs for 10 reps!! well maybe in my dreams hahaha funny thought, thinking of Dally's thread about dying in your dreams, just picture yourself telling Ronnie he has a girlie voice and then getting killed by him.     Just do what i do... it only goes down so far, theres stops on there. Just climb out when the weight gets to the bottom... and tell someone else to get the weight off...
