Talking Sickest upper pec pic of all times.

Shut the **** up all of you new bodybuilding age worshippers.Bow down to the golden era of bodybuilding. This is just one of many pics that i have that can wipe the floor with any of new age bodybuilding pics.Franco had 190 pounds and todays zeros have 300 pounds and still they can suck francos cock. Its shame that almost 1/3 of poundage of todays bodybuilders are in their internal organs.Franco was a superior athlete. He could knock out any of todays invalids,he can run,he can party,he can ****,he can live a happy life and thats what makes a difference from todays bodybuilders. They are discrase to all men nation.Because they are invalids that can not do any of those things above and still look like ****.They are sexualy impotent, they are unathletical, they have nothing.Their life is just a routine of eating, sleeping, and sticking mass needles in them. They have nothing and those guys back then had all.Ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha.I must say you todays bodybuilders are just simple losers.Long live the golden era of bodybuilding.

I'm sorry but I don't believe this statement. Was this a joke or can you back it up? There aren't many bodybuilders NOW that can hang with Ronnie, what makes you think he could do that. And don't bring up that scene in Pumping Iron where he moved that car over. Those cars are light.

Not to mention did strongman events before it became a big thing. He also was the first to blow up (as in apart) a hot water bottle...with his lungs. And run 100 yards with a frig on his back. That stunt messed his knee up pretty good....he made a comment about the fact when he was on the set for Conan. The dude is short but is a strong mofo for sure.

I totally believe it, Franco was the strongest of them in that time, and most especially in the deadlift. Him and big Lou went on actually to strongman competitions, where Franco won the deadlift, but later busted his knee

haha yea right, cars are wicked light

franco is a complete human. not just a complete bodybuilder. yea, he deadlifted 800 pounds with no straps or wraps 30 F-CKIN YEARS AGO, which was unheard of. hell, straps and wraps probably didnt even exist back then. haha. other than bodybuilding, he's now a successful chiropractor in los angeles.

he's the best role model in bodybuilding. period.

why dont u pick one up?

steroids in the golden era were just "experimenting" drugs. a few kinds of steroids that would be experimented with, not ABUSED, like today. they weren't shooting 3,000 mgs of deca , winny, growth hormone and all that each day like the pros are doing now.

for someone to pick up cars and deadlift 800 pounds in 1975, it was insane. it was unheard of.

Haha! I just asked if that **** was true! He's a strong mofo! Ok, ok! I didn't "start any smack" I just asked you to back it up.

Anyways, I am 6'1" and 240lbs and yes I could move one of those cars. When I was in the army we had to clean up the on-post junkyard. A couple of friends and I were playing around with a small Peugot and I lifted the car about 2 inches or so. It didn't have any wheels but I don't think that makes a diff.

Don't judge people by their avatar pics, guy.
