"I've heard a few guys comment lately online that Ronnie's looking small. He said he's only been back in the gym 3 weeks, after taking 3 months off. He told me he's in the process of "trying to put some weight back on.""
"I asked Ronnie what his weights looked like, say, the first week back in the gym after a 3 month layoff. He said the first leg day back he was squatting 405 for 8-10. One leg day later, he's already moving 500 for reps. Ronnie is SO down to earth. He's just a regular guy. There's no arrogance whatsoever about him. He's the man, and he knows it, so he doesn't have to carry around all the bravado that you see so many of the guys flaunting these days. Seeing and talking to Ronnie is really refreshing."

rruhl your updates and pics are great. Once again your on top of things.
Titus looks good. I hope he does well. Morris looks way better than Bennet. Bennets arms look so suspect to me. Just cause someone has a freaky part doesnt give anyone a right to say things but that bicep is way pointy and lopsided. Mustafa looks good as well. But hell all the pros look great. Its gonna be a good show.
We always know that you will come though. What do you think PT?? This boy deserves some sort of custom title. :D

Craig titus is looking alot better then when i last seen him, but Dexter is looking absolutly nuts, that guy is so cut its insane holysh*t, Dexter definetly knows what he is doing.
