i have a couple of questions about clem...i'm about too start my two cycle of clen.....how do i space the pills out like two in the morning and two in the afternoon....do i need to eat anything when i take these......how close is okay to take them before a workout...
when you say "clem" do you mean "clen" and if you do then do some research you dont even know what the substancel is called so go research it before you take it.

Well personally I would take it all at once, after morning cardio about half an hour before breakfast, Ive heard people complain about ****ty workouts and shortness of breath if they take it anywhere near pre workout, plus taking it all at once does have its advantages...not nealy as much sweating of jittering in the night.
