i ordered some tamox from ar and when it came it was laying on its side, well all the powder formed to the side of the bottle and now when i finally got it to drop back down in the solution it is in hughe flat chunks. i shook the hell out of it and it wont break back up. so now i have to jab somthing in there and try to break it up. i guess i was used to pump n pose products which i never had a problem, and it also came in a glass bottle so i could at least heat it up in the microwave and all the powder dissolved in the solution better.

Contact AR-Rs customer service dept. They were awsome to me the one time my order was messed up. Took 2 days to get my correct order and I've also read that they have been great with other people as well.
