    how do you take your letro from AR-R?

    the bottle is a spray bottle so how do i measure 1ml with it?
    mine arrived today, Big Thanks to AR-R !
    im in australia and it took 7 working days. nice.
    my question is how do i measure and take it. im taking it to treat 2 small lumps i have (from adolescance aggravated by previous cycle). i was thinking 1.25mg (half a ml) a day. or would you recommend 2.5mg a day?

    one squirt is .25 mg
    so 10 squirts would be 2.5mg

    might want to try it at 2.5mg every other day IMO
