First Cycle Help, Methyl 1-test?

I'm 32 years old, I plan on starting my first cycle. I was planning on using from AR-R. I've been doing a lot of reading in these forums but haven't been able to determine what and when to use. The plan is to use Methyl 1-test, do I need something else also? I don't wanna take too much or not enough, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to burn some excess fat and cut up a bit.

why not just use straight test?? M1T is for mass.....not really gonna get cut up from it, although that pretty much depends on your diet. I say spend your money on a test only cycle.

M-1-t is great for cutting too. It is like tren in a pill..you will need tamoxifen for you pct..order the combo you can't beat the price...
