What kind of results can be expected from Clen?

Just ordered the ARR clen for a 200 pound dog that's 5'10 when he stands on his hind legs. He's got pretty low B.F. and is looking to shred up for the bitches hes got coming over. 2 Questions:

1. What kind or results can be expected?

2.I saw on the "effectiveness chart" that the "gains" made from clen are not kept. Does this mean you don't really make "gains" or that once you stop taking it you gain back all the fat you burned? I figured that as long as you kept a good diet and cardio routine You'd be able to keep it...it that true?

Just like you said... as long as your diet/workout/sleeping are in check you should have pretty good results.
