So ive been reading up and researchin g
from what i understand you take clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for a total of 8 weeks or so....
Im 90% sure im going to buy clen from you guys
2 questions
1. How would i take it for the 1st 2 weeks? In what dosages......
2. Is there anything that comes with it....That i can measure the dosages out

1 week of clen + Benadryl
Repeat 2x(for a total of 6 weeks)
Then take a week totally off, or just continue on repeating the pattern.
Right so Do i take 1 ml a day of the liquid form?

Well bro, 1 pump = 1/10ml
Therefore, for this clen, 1 pump = 20mcg since it is 200mcg/ml...

Some people choose to measure their clen out with a slin needle though... it's just personal preference... generally speaking you will be more accurate IMO doing so... up to you...
