tried to use my card on ar and it keeps saying that iits declined ne info would be great thanks

I had it happen to my on another sight and it was because my new address wasn't the same as the one issued on the card

My Address Is The Same But I Dont Know Guess Ill Try Another One And See If That Works Thanks Bro
