Question about the amount of Clen in the AR-R products
ok i'm kind of a newbie when it comes to understanding the "ML" and "mcg" in the amount of liquid in AR-R 's Clen .
The bottle is 30ML 200mcg/ML as posted on the website. Now given that i follow the following, (found in the clen handbook on this forum) is the AR-R clen enough to last the 8 weeks?
Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack
SORRY IF THIS IS A DUMB QUESTION BUT I DID A SEARCH AND FOUND NOTHING

ALSO, I'm a boxer and train pretty hard, about 4-days a week at 7pm (6 days a week when i'm getting ready for a fight)...I'm assuming i take the clen once a day, so i'll probably take it in the AM, will this put too much stress on my heart ?

It's simply a matter of mathematics...
If you take 200mcg and multiply it by 30mL, you get 6000mcg.....
Therefore, that is the total amount within the bottle...
The bottle is more than enough for your 8wks...........
However, I'd like to point out a different method to run your clen . It's favoured by many on the board, and was written by hooker, a mod here:

- 2 weeks of Clen
- 1 week of clen + Benadryl
- Repeat 2x(for a total of 6 weeks)
- Then take a week totally off, or just continue on repeating the pattern.

clen and boxing don't mix clen causes muscle cramps you will need taurine to get rid of the cramps

Clen isn't used for weightlifting purposes, it's used for fatloss purposes.....

okay i see where your comming from. so what kind of cardio routine is ideal while taking clen ?

im at roughly 15% BF right now..with an excellent diet/workout plan, is it realistic for my goal to be in the 7% BF range? and can i do this in the 6 weeks, or will it take longer?..also when i go off the clen , will my BF go back up even if im still diet/excersising right?

Good luck, and take your time. Slow and steady fat loss reduces your chances of higher muscle loss, and is also easier to maintain....
Diet and cardio are the keys without doubt...

it has nothing to do with breathing ....It is the cramps you won't be able to punch with out ripping something .........taurine makes it different . I just wouldn't want to get in the ring like that. everone is different. trust me I would love to sell you as much Clen as possible.....you may be different
