i'm 19. 5'10, 194, all natural. about 15% bf. i was thinking about running some clen/t3 to cut up for summer. was wondering if this would be a good idea or not? and, what kind of results could i expect? what would be a realistic goal running one cycle of clen/t3? i would keep my diet clean and run 3x a week, while lifting 3x a week as well. any comments/flames/suggestions welcome :afro:
