Thread: Clen/T3 Questions

i'm 19. 5'10, 194, all natural. about 15% bf. i was thinking about running some clen /t3 to cut up for summer. was wondering if this would be a good idea or not? and, what kind of results could i expect? what would be a realistic goal running one cycle of clen/t3? i would keep my diet clean and run 3x a week, while lifting 3x a week as well. any comments/flames/suggestions welcome

I say bulk and then lose weight when you're happy with the muscle mass you have...if you diet now, you'll end up looking pretty thin, but that's fine depending on your goals

u really think i'd be that thin? the majority of my fat is in my stomach & love handles, & some on like my inner thighs... u think i'd shrink up that much???

oh sorry, if you're 19, you're weight would be fine anywhere in the 175-180 pound range-try to just get down in weight maybe 4% (no more than that) because you don't want to lose precious muscle
