Best time to take clen?

Should my Rat have his clen before I put him on his treadmill
in the morning? I run him around 30/40 min everyday, I dont want him stroking out.

IMo I dont think it ever matters. The half life of clen far exceeed a day so it really does not matter once you have built up sufficient levels in your body. I have ran clen at 200mcg a day with no propblems and i take the full 200in the Am right when I wake up and they about 30 mins later I go to the gym and do cardio. I dont do any high intensity cardio, just low intesity speed walking on the tread mill or working the eliptical trainer.

Question? What’s the best way for my rat to take it? Sat/Sun & Mon I shot it under his tong and let it sit there for a few minutes than swallowed. Is this right? or is there a better way?

he can just swallow and follow with a glass of water
