I've seen this issue before, be patient. Let Lion know and they will take care of you.
I have the same thing. Problem is I tried it 3 times and the payment for all 3 orders is on hold for my credit card! Should be able to get settled but I'm just waiting for a response.

Security settings? Where is that on the website. I have ordered twice with success to the same address with the same exact card. Now it just says my card is denied, but the money is still showing up on hold for my card statement. I'm really confused. I called the bank and they said the card isn't causing the problem. I don't know if somehow my info could have gotten mixed around on my account, even though it is all correct. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
same here, i ordered last week... on the same computer.. yet today its not accepting 2 different cards of mine

THANK GOD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE !!...i used 2 different cards several times each and they both didnt work, I'm gettin really frustrated because i NEED this Clen asap. Lion im sure your product is good and you get a lot of business, but come to the terms that we ALL dont have bad credit cards with security holds put on....please do something about your system.

I'm working on it.. we are using a diffrent prosessor the security settings might be diffrent ...we will get it fixed.....
