    Clen---Taste

    I started my clen on wednesday and that s*** tastes great, Fruit Punch!! It makes me want to take more. I even need to remind myself how many squirts I should be taking. Anyway, Great Flavoring!!

    how much clen in one squirt?

    i have a bottle that says 30 ml, 200 mcgs. But i'm curious how much one squirt is in order to administer. Is it better to use syringe or the pump?

    each pump is 1/10 of an ml

    So one pump = 20mcg

    Is one spray of the T3 = 20mcg or 25mcg?
