AAR problem!

Ok so i keep getting this error when i submit all the info: "The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive."

Does anybody know whats causing this? Please let me know, thanks.

no clue ..everyone else's orders are going threw....... your security settings my be stopping the order set it to medium and try.....
