You can use it how ever you want. If you are trying to drop fat then I would definitely do cardio.

cutting and cardio kind of go hand in hand if you ask me. clen would be last on the list.

He's taking sust250 @ 250 EOD for 11 weeks and winny @ 20 mg ED for the last 5 weeks of the cycle Nolva @ 25 mg ED too

PCT is HCG @ 500 iu ED and Clomid


should I start the CLEN at the end of the PCT? or when I start it? or even before that?

cant use hcg during pct since it will not allow you to produce you own test. You can run it the subsequent weeks before hand or you can run it right up to pct but not during pct.

you can start the clen when ever you want. There is no right time or wrong time.

I would run th HCG 7 days up to PCT and then I would run the HCG 2X's per week during your cycle @500iu. Run 500iu for the last 7 days the start PCT.
