    arr clen and t3 use

    should you let it stay under your tongue for a while like liquid d-bol or just swallow?

    from what i understand your rat should just swallow it, spray it under your rats mouth and he'll be set. Drink lots of water, water is a trigger for fat loss.. the more water he drinks, the more fat he'll lose

    just swallow it, make sure you drink lots of water and take 5g of taurine, taurine is a MUST
