bro everyone metabolizm is different .....you are nver going to get a good answer to this ....this is the wrong forum for this..... there are toomany factors and you haven't given anywhere near enough info. Fact is you can't give us enough info. time for a better question. I can cut 20 pounds of body fat in 2 weeks ....most can't . I hate doing it too.....it sucks.
