    Exclamation Taurine Dose

    Sorry if this has been brought up but is taurine best taken as a single one off 4-5 gm dose or spaced throughout the day ?? Got my T3/Clen and thinking its time to cut so need to get everything right. Ok thanks guys!

    Thanks Lion. Right 2 gms a day. One off dose or say throughout the day? Just want to be sure if I take a single dose ,say in the am, if I will need to take a next in the pm Thanks again and keep up the good work buddy.

    I do 2g in AM and 2g in PM, and no cramps while on clen
