i do 1000mcg once a week....upping it to twice a week.....dont worry u cant overdose well u can but its near impossible.......i know people who take 1000 mcg EOD.....

you can inject in the butt....but i dont think u need to...i inject in my shoulders ....its 1ml neway......use a 25 G , 1 inch , massage the area after ur done....and move the muscle slowly dont just lay there....one more thing if your delts are big use the zig-zag tech of injecting....

If you aint mixing it with an oil......you can inject in the shoulder using a 1inch 25g needle...or in the quads......thats what i do.....

b-12: Grab a little bit of stomach fat and poke it with your 1cc slin pin..inject.. your good to go!
