Im using an syringe without the needle to measure my letro dose.

1cc=2.5mg
.5cc=1.25mg

I hope this is correct?

yes, but you could just as easily use the pump

if it is 2.5mg per 1 cc/ml , then half of 1cc which is 0.5cc would be half of 2.5mg which is 1.25mg , so yea thats right
