    just got the L-Taurine/clen products...how much taurine do I take?

    the Taurine bottle has one hundred 500mg pills. Does my rat just take one pill in the morning with the clen ? Or is more necessary to prevent cramps?

    FYI, I bought the caps for emergency pump relief for SD, but if I ever do clen , I will be buying powder.

    It is pretty cheap.
