Hey whatever you do dont get the Orange flavour of the expand. I am actually doing it as we speak and I already threw up after taking it once and feel sick all the time and dont want to eat. I have lost like 5 lbs already. Its not worth it. I dunno if I got a bad batch or if its the orange, I tried tropical berry b4 and liked it.
BTW I dont know the answer to ur original ?

I don't know that you should be using T3 without AAS since it is catabolic.
t3 i will be uding only 60mch and clen up to 100mcg
lower dosage with t3 since i'm not using aas
i would like to run test prop but i dont have $$ right now
If you're running t3 and not taking any AAS - eat your proteins like a sunofabitch and take a low dosage. Your clen you can run higher than that if you feel comfortable and the sides aren't too bad. I run it at 140-160mcg ED and I have hardly any sides.Quote:
