So my clen is labeled 30mg/ml... 10 pumps = 1 cc... to take 90 mg of the product you have to pump it 30 times? Are these doses spread out throughout the day or just taken all at once in the morning? Same for the t3..?

Clen/T3 30mL 200mcg/mL
1 Bottle = 30 mL
1 mL = 200 mcg
1 pump = 20 mcg
10 pumps = 1 mL
6000 mcg = 1 Bottle
300 pumps = 1 Bottle
Maybe we could get this posted up there with the keymaster sticky?
If you're still alive: FYI, Clen is usually dosed in mcg's. 1mg = 1000mcg. I wouldn't suggest taking 90mg's of this stuff.Quote:

You'll want to spread it out during the day. I just split it into two doses, one in the morning around 8am, another around 3-4pm. I don't recommend taking it after 6pm or later, since you'll be up all night.
Does the following hold true for all of AR-R products (letro to be specific)?
1 Bottle = 30 mL
1 mL = 200 mcg
1 pump = 20 mcg
10 pumps = 1 mL
6000 mcg = 1 Bottle
300 pumps = 1 Bottle
